2 oz Stade’s Rum Beach Vat N1
¾ oz lime juice
½ simple syrup
Soda water
Lime & Mint leaves
Add lime and mint in glass
Muddle the mint with the simple syrup in a glass
Add the rum, lime juice and crushed ice
Stir with a bar spoon
Top with the soda water, briefly stir
Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel
