Happy Trees
Happy Trees is a magnificent four-bedroom villa tastefully furnished and set on over an acre of beautifully landscaped grounds including mature trees and tropical foliage. A successful blend of modern finishes and furnishings keeps comfort at the forefront. This home offers an open-plan living and dining area as you enter, leading to a large, covered patio where informal lounging and dining are available for guests to enjoy.
Eco-friendly aspects and cutting-edge technology are a trademark of Happy Trees, from the recycled roofing materials, LED lighting throughout the house and garden, rainwater collected in underground tanks and used for irrigation, insulated sliding doors and solar water heaters, the owners have been mindful of the environment when creating this holiday getaway. Indoor/outdoor lighting and music systems allow you to light up the garden and inside the house at night when enjoying a cocktail with friends and family. Create the atmosphere you wish within different sections of the property with soft strains of classical music in the dining area, while contemporary sounds liven up the terrace or pool areas.
Located in the Southern wing of the villa, the four air-conditioned bedrooms complete with ensuite bathrooms are equipped with uber-comfortable mattresses, high quality linens and lots of pillows, flat screen TVs, Apple TV, Wi-Fi, and hair dryers, all providing a luxurious element to your holiday. All four bedrooms look onto the garden which surrounds the property and with large glass doors, allow the natural light in while you relax and enjoy the tropical scenery. The primary bedroom is nestled in a separate wing which is accessed by a covered walkway within the house and furnished with a large four poster bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom.
The kitchen features top of the line finishes and appliances throughout and is perfect for the travelling gourmand interested in trying some local Barbadian dishes and cuisine. The dining terrace and informal seating area offer another vantage point from which the pool and lush garden can be admired. Additionally, there is a small study and powder room which are all accessible with the rental of the villa.

Point of View is aptly named with over two acres of mature tropical gardens set along the top ridge of Sandy Lane Estate with panoramic ocean views and unforgettable sunsets of the West Coast of Barbados. This beautiful five-bedroom villa creates a magical experience for guests being able to truly relax and unwind.
As you enter Point of View the experienced staff is ready to greet you with a cold towel and homemade rum punch. As you cross over the tranquil koi pond and enter the large living room and bar, your eyes are immediately drawn to views across the gardens to the pool deck and the ocean beyond.
Point of View offers two beautiful dining areas; a formal dining to the east of the property and an informal dining to the west. The property also features two large swimming pools, by a private gazebo with seating for four. The northern side of the pool area offers a large sun deck with loungers perfect for working on your tan. Whether it’s dinner with family and friends or a quick cocktail by the pool, the full complement of staff is on hand to ensure your stay is stress free and relaxing; the onsite cook will also be sure to prepare you some local Bajan delicacies.
All five bedrooms feature air-conditioning and private ensuite bathrooms. Three bedrooms are in the main house and the other two are in private self-contained cottages. Guests staying within the main house must note that the third bedroom is located just outside the main front door, but within the same building. There is also an air-conditioned TV room with day loungers, perfect for relaxing with a book or catching up with the news back home.
